GASTRO SPRAYING
Makes customized porcelain particularly robust
- For Gastro Spraying, we use inorganic colours that can withstand the required firing temperature of 1,200 °C. At this extremely high temperature, the transparent glaze of the porcelain becomes liquid. The colour pigments sink into it and, as the glaze cools and hardens, are firmly enclosed and protected.
- The sprayed porcelain is 100% scratch-resistant and suitable for industrial dishwashers. It can be used in demanding catering environments.
- You can have your porcelain sprayed on the inner and/or outer surface. If you want both, the inside and outside can be sprayed with two different colours.
- For quality reasons, Gastro Spraying on the outside can only be combined with Engraving or Effect Pigment print. Since the colours react quite differently with this print and some achieve a beautiful matte effect, we highly recommend a proof print.
- If you choose Gastro Spraying on the inner surface only, you can choose from any of our finishes for the outer surface.
- Due to the high firing temperature, the colour spectrum for Gastro Spraying is slightly limited. The temperature is also not safe with asian imported goods.
- Minimum quantity: 250 pieces
